And lo and behold, this season, every cosmetics brand has pushed a day glo color onto the pouts of their fans.  Now it’s Sephora’s turn, with a series of neon balms that you can either wear over an existing color (it can turn a flat pink into a hot pink) or by themselves for a glint of brightness when your lips catch the light.
